• What organization or charities will benefit from the proceeds of the event?

Make-A-Wish® Orange County and the Inland Empire grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. A $7,500.00 donation will be made to Make-A-Wish® Orange County and the Inland Empire to adopt a local child’s wish.  

• What is on the menu?

Whole Maine Lobster, Campus Jax Jambalaya (VIP onsite tickets only), Summer Salad, Red Potatoes, Corn-on-the-Cob, Freshly Baked Rolls, and Dessert. Note: this is a true Lobster feast; there will be no meat served.

• What time is the meal served?

VIP Dinner seating starts at 5:00 pm. The meal is served at 5:30pm. 

• Where do I park?           

         There is a ample parking on-site at Campus Jax. Parking is at no extra charge, and it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

•  What benefits do onsite VIP Experience ticket holders enjoy?  
       The VIP onsite experience entry fee at Campus Jax covers access to a fun-filled, community charity event. These tickets are                        extremely limited - Only (80) tickets are available! You will receive one whole Maine lobster, complimentary beer and wine, plus                  additional side dishes, desert and water. There is a no-host bar. You can purchase additional Lobster for $25. There will be a                      live band (Pinch !Me Band) playing from 5:30-7:00pm,  an opportunity drawing and more - all to benefit a great cause.  Click Here
 

• What is included in the TO GO VIP virtual event experience?
        If you have purchased a TO GO VIP ticket you are entitled to 2 lobsters, a complimentary bottle of white wine, plus additional side            dishes and dessert for two. There will be a live streaming link to enjoy the event form the comfort of your home! Click Here

• What time does the TO GO order pick up start?

TO GO Pick Up begins at 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 pm. Ticket holders will sign up for specific pick up times prior to the event

• If I am picking up my TO GO order, where do I go? 

         Pick up for all TO GO orders will be at the Birch Street entrance. Ticket holders will sign up for a specific pick up time. The                         Lobsterfest can not guaranteed the Lobster will be hot if ticket holders do not arrive on time.  

• What kind of lobster will be served?

We fly in Whole Maine Lobster through Anderson's Seafood the day of the event.

 

• Is the whole lobster served or is it just the tail?

The whole lobster is served, and you'll have the option of having it chopped.

 

• Will the lobster be cooked?

The lobster will be boiled on site.

 

• Will there be spirits served?

VIP ticket holders receive complimentary Beer & Wine. Campus Jax will provide full beverage service and a no-host bar. 

• What kind of music?

The featured entertainment is Pinch Me! Band, a local high energy four piece band covering everything from Rock to Hip Hop, 90's Alternative, 70's Disco/Funk and 80's New Wave/Rock...guaranteed to keep the party rolling!

• Will I receive tickets to the event in the mail after purchasing them at the website?

Your ticket will be available for you to print immediately after purchase. Be sure to print the ticket for each of your guests. Those tickets will be used for electronic check-in at the gate on the day of the event.

 

• Will there be tickets sold at the door?

No. Due to social distancing, there is a very limited number (only 80) of onsite VIP experience tickets available. All TO GO orders also must be through advance ticket sales only. 

 

• Are all ticket sales final?

Yes. There will be no refunds for any tickets.

• Are you offering any discount on tickets for volunteers?

Volunteers will be provided a meal which includes sandwich, chips and soft drink. Should a volunteer want to eat lobster and steak, they would have to purchase a regular admission ticket.

• What if I have never eaten a whole lobster before?

There will be place mats with instructions on how to use the claw cracker and what part of the lobster to eat. Check out the video below by Chef Andrew Gruel of the seafood restaurant chain, Slapfish on "How to Eat a Lobster!"
